He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Waite and Kathleen Waite (McDonough); his brother Robert Waite; and his nephew William Waite, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother William Waite (Pauline); his nephew Robert Waite; and his nieces, Cynthia Rose, Judith Traficante and Lori Waite.
