He is survived by: his parents, Edward A. Ursillo, Sr. and Dorothy F. Ursillo (Sepe) of Warwick; his daughter Ashley M. Hornby (Christopher); his grandson Troy E. Sinapi; his brothers, Richard A. Ursillo (Susan) and David S. Ursillo (Diane); and his nephews, Matthew and Jonathan Ursillo. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
