With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy I. McGuinn of Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on October 1, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard D. McGuinn; her parents, Haakon J. and Susanne E. Christensen (Cunningham); her children, Karen A. Shields (Michael) of Warwick, David M. McGuinn (Hillary) of Glen Mills, PA, Nancy J. Greene (Mark) of Warwick and Patricia J. McGuinn of Narragansett; her great grandchildren, Logan, Callen, Kenzie, Jaxen Langlois, Eli, Jonah, Theia Shields, Emmy van Luling, Anthony, Isaac Klitzner, Lucas, Ryland Hamzo and Sullivan DeGiulio; and her siblings, Virginia E. Carmody, Robert H. Christensen of Warwick, Bernice A. Rollofson, Evelyn C. Sadlier and Raymond S. Christensen. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, calling hours are respectfully omitted and funeral services and burial will be private.
