Doris Pickup Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2024, at the age of 91, Doris Pickup of Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Passaic, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John W Pickup; and her parents, William Bivona and Dorothy Bivona. She is survived by: her brother William Bivona (Nancy) of Narragansett; her children, Cheryl Gill (Stephen) of Narragansett, Sue Brimmer of Portland, ME and John Pickup (Lori) of Warwick; and her grandchildren, Justin Gill (Melissa), Katy Gill (Robert Francis), Haley O'Brien (Stephen), Kelsey Getchell (Rod Wimpert), Jill Boland (Patrick), Tara, Shane, Dana Krahenbill, Austin and Chloe Pickup. She is also survived by Nana to her grandchildren and "Grandy" to her seven great grandchildren.
The family gratefully thanks the staff at Brightview Commons (Wellspring) and Hope Hospice for the kind and loving support they provided Doris and her family during her journey with Alzheimer's Dementia.
