It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald E. McKenzie (Warwick, Rhode Island), who passed away on December 11, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen E. McKenzie (McKenna); his parents, William McKenzie and Doris E. McKenzie (Scowcroft); his daughters, Kristine E. Wilkinson (Raymond) and Katherine L. McKenzie (Mark); his grandchildren, Andrew, Benjamin, Ryan and Riley; and his brothers, William McKenzie and Richard McKenzie.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Home (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Kevin Church (333 Sandy Ln, Warwick, RI 02889).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Bishop Hendricken High School to support the BHHS Memorial Prayer Garden. 2615 Warwick Ave. Warwick, RI 02889.
