She is survived by: her mother Elsie Rosa (Pimentel); her children, Crystal Rosa, Stephanie Flynn and Anthony Garofalo II; her significant other David Kersey; her grandchildren, Julianna Viera, Nevaeha Coelho, Anthony Garofalo III and Luciano Garofalo; and her sisters, Diane Rosa (Charles) and Janice Martin.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Home (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
