He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gina M. Polis (Igliozzi); his parents, Vincent J. Polis and Grace A. Polis (LaRocco); his children, James Polis (Sue), Jeffrey J. Polis (Carrie), Erica L. Polis (Rebekah) and Danika L. Lataille; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Madden, Mia, Maxwell and Sydney.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Home (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Church (Ww) (820 Providence St, West Warwick, RI 02893).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will be made to the American Heart Association, 1 State St., Suite 200, Providence, RI 02908 will be appreciated.
