Howard Armitage of Warwick, RI.; her daughter Sarah Kendra of Coventry, RI; her stepson Kirk Armitage of Ontario, Canada; and her siblings, Sue Stickney of Meredith, NH, Cathy Forsberg of Meredith, NH, John Forsberg of Meredith, NH and Robert Forsberg of Meredith, NH.. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
