He is survived by: his wife Margaret Garrett (McMahon); his children, Molly, Charles and Caroline; his parents, Clifford Garrett and JoAnn Garrett (Houlker); and his brothers, Michael Garrett (Charlotte), Clifford Garrett Jr. (Brooke) and David Garrett. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, in-laws, extended family and close friends.
