He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sample (Bessette); his sister Elsie Lizio of Brockton; and his children, Mary-Ellen Jenkins (Raleigh), Larry Sample (Jenn), Christine Iadevaia (Michael) and Chuck Sample. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
