We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2021, Charles R. Proctor of Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Irma M. Proctor (Skidds); his parents, Earl H. and Helen Proctor (Roller); his children, Charles R. Proctor, Jr. of Warwick, Donna M. Arruda of Cranston, Patricia A. Williams of Warwick, Lynn D. Cameron of Cranston and Kathy J. Pacheco of Warwick; and his siblings, Earl Proctor, William Proctor and Ann Dimico. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations in his memory to The Wounded Warrior Project P.O. Box 758518 Topeka, KS 66675 will be appreciated.
