He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Nappa and Lillian Nappa (Simone); and his siblings, Pasquale Nappa, Vincent Nappa, Domenic Nappa, Antoinette King and Amelia Gallo.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Nappa (Ferrante); his children, Carl R. Nappa (Barbara), Stephen J. Nappa (Carole) and Donna M. Geiger (Gregory); and his siblings, Frank Nappa, Michael Nappa, Anthony Nappa, Mary Walters and Anna Rice. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
