He was predeceased by: his father Carlos S. Cutler, Sr.; and his brother Michael Cutler. He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Cutler (Haskins); his parent Shirley Cutler (Porter) of Warwick; his children, Landon and Jessica L. Cutler (Evan Gilchrist) of Coventry; his stepchildren, James Perreault and Mindy Perreault; his granddaughter Lexi; and his sister Gayle Reid of Warwick.
