He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas J. Heckmann and Rafaela Heckmann (Barbone); and his stepparent Jocelyn Heckmann. He is survived by: his wife Deborah J. Heckmann of Warwick; his daughters, Stephanie F. Crabtree (Bryan) of Seekonk and Lindsay J. Scruggs (Bradley) of North Kingstown; his grandchildren, Logan, Zoey, Benjamin and Lyla; and his stepbrother Jimmy Richard.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frank P. Trainor & Sons Funeral Home (982 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02888). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
