It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard Penkala of Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Warren, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary M. Penkala (Garrahy); his parents, Matthew Penkala and Mary Penkala (Lach); his sister Veronica Burke; and his son-in-law David Berry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Reniere (Richard) of Venice, FL, Patricia Olson (Eric) of West Greenwich, RI and Christine Penkala-Berry of Warwick, RI; his grandsons, David Olson of Warwick, RI and Michael Olson (Elisa) of West Greenwich, RI; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Owen, Fiona and Ella.
