With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara J. Backe (Warwick, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on October 11, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Ballard and Jeanne Ballard (Lamont); and her sister Donna Ballard. She is survived by: her son Thomas Dale (Stephanie); her grandson Thomas Jr.; and her brothers, Joseph Ballard (Carol) and David Ballard (Donna). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
