She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Emery and Elsie Emery (Seamans); and her siblings, Beverly Jones, Alton Emery, Thelma Gartner, Norma Dorsey, Burton Emery and Elsie Cooke.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Kane (Terrence) of Virginia Beach, VA, William Lindsay of Atlanta, GA, Robert Lindsay (Laurie) of West Warwick, RI and David Lindsay (Jessica Sheridan) of New York, NY; her granddaughter Shannon Sorrell (Theodore) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her great grandchildren, Eva and Teddy Sorrell of Virginia Beach, VA..
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home (659 E Greenwich Ave, West Warwick, RI 02893). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Swan Point Cemetery (585 Blackstone Blvd, Providence, RI 02908).
