Anthony J. Lombardi Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Carol R. Lombardi (Allen); his parents, Armondo Lombardi and Anna Lombardi (Polselli); his daughter Donna M. Perrino; and his siblings, Joan Padula and Robert Lombardi.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert R. Lombardi (Jo-Ann) of Smithfield and John T. Lombardi (Melyssa) of Eugene, OR; his sister Patricia A. Lombardi; his son-in-law John Perrino; his grandchildren, Robert, Anthony, Gianni and Kristylee; his great grandchildren, Adriana, Aaliyah and Isabella; and his son Anthony J. Lombardi, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
