He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony DiSaia and Dolores DiSaia (Silvestri). He is survived by: his wife Mary L. DiSaia (McGovern); his sons, Michael A. DiSaia (Elizabeth), Kenneth F. DiSaia (Barbara) and John J. DiSaia (Joanne); his grandchildren, Briana, Nicholas, Andrew, Catherine, Taylor, Megan and Katelyn; and his brother David DiSaia.
