She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Costa; her parents, George Sears and Catherine Sears (Murphy); and her son Alfred P. Costa. She is survived by: her daughters, Lori A. Costa and Donna J. Costa; and her nieces and nephews, Skyla Contarino and Kyle Renaud.
