He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas A. Chase and Diane K. Chase (Kirk) of Warwick. He was also cherished by many loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Home (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
