He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Bell and Alice Bell (Pacheco); and his sister Cynthia Davok. He is survived by: his girlfriend Katherine Chaves (Osbaldeston); his siblings, Gail Borges, Kathy Blouin, Jane Couitt, Laurie and Paul Bell; and his stepchildren, Joshua, Angela and David Chaves. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
