He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberto Paulo and Laura Maria Ferreira (Tavares); and his siblings, Anatolio, Antonio, Jose Paulo and Fernando.

He is survived by: his wife Eduarda Ferreira (Borges); his son Rogerio Ferreira (Jana) of Warren, RI; his brother John Ferreira of San Jose, CA; and his grandson Mason Ferreira. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
