He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Gloria Ferreira (DeMello); his granddaughter Molly Langlois; his siblings, Gloria Buffard, Evelyn Tavares, Beatrice Robins, Dorothy Dutra and Edward Ferriera; and his daughter-in-law Anna Ferreira.

He is survived by: his wife Carole Ferreira (Calandra); his children, Marylou Langlois (Ernie Violet) of Woonsocket, Roger Ferreira of Rehoboth and Peter Ferreira (Stephanie) of Arizona; his grandchildren, Amy Langlois, Andrew Ferreira, Ethan Ferreira and Alexandra Ferreira; and his great grandchildren, David, Joseph and Victoria Agnew. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
