He is survived by: his wife Maria "Amelia" Blouin (Silva); his daughters, Lorine of Riverside, RI and Elana Blouin of Riverside, RI; and his sister Lorette Leduc of Westport, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“I am so sorry for your loss. Raymond was a wonderful person. Even though we were closer growing up he never seemed to change. Whenever we saw each other it was as if no time had passed.. I remember him as a kid playing with dinosaurs and knowing all the names.. We went to French school together it was different. I'm sure you will miss him for a long time.
