He is survived by: his wife Susan Drake-Medeiros (Kelley); his children, Peter Medeiros III of Providence, Louis Mederios, Audrey Medeiros, John Medeiros, Kelly Lopes (Drake) and Kimberly Williams (Drake) of Toronto; his stepchildren, Daniel Drake of Warren and Denise Drake of Cranston; and his granddaughters, Jennifer, Elizabeth and Emily.

Social distancing and wearing of face masks are required.
