He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Joseph and Rita Harvey (Hanlon); and his brother Joseph Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Harvey (McCanna); his children, Kathleen Raposa (Edward) of Warren, Beth Dicomitis (Christopher) of Warren and Paul Joseph Harvey (Eileen) of Riverside; his grandchildren, Ashlee, Courtnee, Joseph, Meaghan and Alexa; his brother Ralph Harvey; and his niece Kimberly Dougherty.
