She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell O. Sweet; her parents, Alexander Sampson and Loretta Sampson (Foley); and her sister Alice Joyce Annunziata. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Palumbo (Gary) of Bristol and Catherine Salamon of Bristol; her brother Gerald "Sam" Sampson of Warren; her grandchildren, Bryan, Michael Palumbo, Alissa and Amanda Salamon; and her great grandchildren, Sarah, Allison, Alexander, Jacob, Ella Palumbo and Levi Chabot. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
