He is survived by: his siblings, James Sullivan of Rumford, Jeffrey Sullivan of Central Falls, Joyce Boyce of East Providence and Janet Pietruszka of Rumford; and his nieces and nephews, Scot Hennessey, Erin McNalley, Tiffany Cavielier, Terrence Boyce, Kevin Boyce, Brittany Pietruszka and Brandon Pietruszka.
