She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bilotti and Antonetta Bilotti (Castigliego). She is survived by: her daughters, Megan Flanagan and Gina Flanagan; her granddaughter Lilly Rose; her close friend Edward Flanagan; and her siblings, Mary Ann Sousa of Venice, FL, Donna Preininger (Dennis) of Venice, FL and Joseph Bilotti. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

“1974, i walked off the school bus not knowing anyone. These 2 girl’s Jean & Joan welcomed me with open arms as if we had been friends forever. 40 years later , we were still close. We may have not seen each other throughout the years often but we were always a phone call away. Sending Birthdays & holidays greetings to each other. Joanmarie, i love you and i will always remember the fun crazy times & laughs we all had together. Laughing until we cried🌹”
