He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Mendes; his grandson Henry Edward Girard of East Providence; his cousins, Ruth Ann Hill of Bristol, Jane Freer of Bristol, Mary Dasilva of Bristol and Marie Troiano of Bristol; and his brother-in-law Michael Motta of Warren.
