With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte M. Pacheco of Warren, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 24, 2022 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Pacheco; her parents, Charles Jovin and Marion Jovin (Lemieux); her son James; and her sister Florence Travers.

She is survived by: her son William J. Pacheco, Jr. of Warren; her grandson Andrew Pacheco; her sister Claire Jovin; her siblings-in-law, Carol Berg (Carl) of Warren, Priscilla Noble (Alfred) and Richard Pacheco (Karen) of Bristol; her close friend Betty Wallace of Warren; her son Charles Pacheco; and her siblings, Erma Arelle, Dora Francis, Robert, Raymon, Lucian, Marcell and Eudore Jovin.
