He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Butterworth and Shirley Butterworth (Cadima); and his sister Susan Butterworth. He is survived by: his pets, Dolly and Whit; his wife Donna Butterworth (Smith); his sons, Jacob Hezekiah Butterworth (Leigh) of Warren, RI, Corey Tyler Butterworth and Aristina Pires of Bristol, RI; his siblings, Steven Butterworth of New Hampshire, Patricia Butterworth-Massa of Warwick, RI and Rebekah Butterworth-Arruda of Warren, RI; and his grandchildren, Madison, Makenna, Aubrielle, Aelynn and Colson Butterworth.
