He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his sons, Manuel Simmons (Deb Rainville) of Riverside and George Simmons (Pam) of Warren; his siblings, Richard Simmons (Patricia), Edward Simmons (Michelle) and Barbara Ann Duncan; his grandchildren, George Simmons Jr. (Christina), Anthony Simmons (Lauren), Andrew Simmons, Brian Amaral (Kayla), Meghan Franco (Nick) and Sara Simmons; and his great grandchildren, George Simmons III, Keona Simmons, Paisley Amaral, Zoey Amaral, Theo Amaral, Jaxon Franco and Kennedy Simmons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
