He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian Conti (Morgo); his son Richard Conti; his parents, Alberto Conti and Maria Conti (Stabile); and his siblings, Carmen, Giantano, John, Albert, Josephine Iervolino, Margaret DeSpirito, Philomena Merolla, Antonetta Simmons and Susan Mead.

He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Francis of Warren; his grandchildren, Lauren Catalano of Warren, Kristine Catalano of Riverside and Lee Conti of Exeter; his great grandchildren, Alex, Anabella, Ace, Vincent, Antoinette and Hunter; and his brother Angelo Conti of Bristol.
