He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne E. Stedman (Langdon); and his parents, Harold Stedman and Ruth Stedman (Mudge). He is survived by: his children, William L. Stedman, Jr. (Amy) of Charlestown, Jeffrey Stedman of Charlestown, Lori Calcagni (Albert) of Charlestown, Timothy Stedman (Diann) of Gainesville and Matthew Stedman (Jeanne) of Montauk; and his sister Lois Barnum of Wilson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
