It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Verda May Tarbox (Wakefield, Rhode Island), born in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tarbox and Lillis Tarbox (Smith); and her brother William Tarbox, Jr.. She is survived by: her nephews, Thomas A. Rhodes, Jr. of Wakefield and Jared L. Rhodes of Ashaway; her sister-in-law Marjorie Tarbox of Wakefield; and her siblings, Everett Tarbox, Grace Tarbox, Dorcas Brayman, Ruth Rhodes and Mary Stedman. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
