With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Petrie (Wakefield, Rhode Island), who passed away on August 9, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Warren P. Spencer. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Clark Spencer; her husband Paul; and her children, Philip, Emily and Lisa. She is also survived by spouses, and five grandchildren.
