He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Burnham and Mary Burnham. He is survived by: his brother Paul J. Burnham of Wakefield; his son Michael Burnham (Jackie); and his grandsons, Gavin of West Warwick and Sean Burnham of Pawtucket.
