White, III; his wife Millie; his grandchildren, Ryan Collins, Devon Collins, Raymond O. White, IV, Alex White and Amy White; and his siblings, Julia M. Reynolds of Richmond, Carol L. Adams of Wakefield and Robert P. White of Wakefield.
