It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Douglas (Wakefield, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on July 13, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Agnes Bergantine and Alfred Bergantine of Esmond, RI; her husband Walter Douglas; her pet Dylan; her son Todd E. Hudson; her daughter-in-law Danielle Hudson; her daughter Dana Folco; her close friend Bill DiSandro of Warwick, RI; and her daughter Beth Fallon. She was also cherished by Pet Partners.
