She was predeceased by: her husband Paul E. Schmitz; her parents, John Francis and Alice Clancy (Walsh); and her grandson Christopher Dona. She is survived by: her children, Carolann Schmitz of Cortlandt, NY, Mary Dona of Webster, MA and Cmdr; her grandchildren, Melissa Curtiss, Brian Dona, Jack Edmondson, Josh Schmitz and Melinda Schmitz; her great grandchildren, Frankie Rice, Lily, Reily and Natalie Curtiss; and her siblings, Patricia Roepke and John Clancy Jr. (Susan).
