She was predeceased by: her husband George F. McAuliffe, Sr.; her parents, Paul Smey and Julia Smey (Goda) of Naugatuck, CT.; her daughter Kathleen Rubinstein (Norm); and her brother Eugene Smey.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin McAuliffe (Melinda) of Portsmouth, RI, Karen Rogers (Tom) of Riverside, RI, MaryLou Edwards of Wakefield, RI, George McAuliffe of Wakefield, RI, Eileen Orabone (Patrick) of Charlestown, RI and Keith McAuliffe of Duluth, MN.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
