She was predeceased by: her husband Clement "Ken"; her parents, Alfred D'Onofrio and Katherine D'Onofrio; and her brother Alfred D'Onofrio, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Pinch (Steve) of Wakefield; her grandchildren, Ryan Pinch of Berkeley, CA and Emily Pinch of Boston, MA.; and her nieces and nephews, Anne Voxman, Michael D'Onofrio, Steve D'Onofrio, Julie D'Onofrio, John D'Onofrio, Cheryl DeLucia and Denise Mitsuma.
