She was predeceased by: her parents, Colonel Edward Chester Forsythe and Cecilia Forsythe (O'Connell); her siblings, Paul Forsythe and Barbara Byrne (Charles J. Stickley Jr.); and her son Stephen T. Stickley.
She is survived by: her spouse Charlie; her daughters, Susan A. Wilcox (Gary) and Barbara A. Somers (Donald); her grandson Steven Wilcox (Theresa) of Wesport, MA; and her great grandchildren, Molly and Zachary Wilcox.
