He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Ullrich and Frances E. Ullrich (Dunn); his daughter Denise F. Ullrich; and his brother Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Ullrich (McPeak); his children, James "Jamie" Ullrich Jr. (Kathleen) of Wakefield and Martha Gallagher (Dan) of Coventry; his grandchildren, Daniel, Sean Gallagher, Suki and Sara Ullrich; and his siblings, Shirley Caputo (Ullrich) of Mystic, CT, Robert Ullrich and Veronica (Ullrich). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
