He was predeceased by: his parents, William Irving Carrigan and Theresa Ruth Libby; and his sisters, Maureen Porter and Patricia Killen. He is survived by: his children, Christine Carrigan, Terry Carrigan Frank (Larry), Petrea Carrigan, Sean Carrigan and Patrick Carrigan; his grandchildren, James Carrigan, Caitrin Frank Sobota (Zachary), Conor Frank, Tyler Shute, Colleen Frank, Case Bongirne and Evan Bongirne; and his great grandchildren, Shayla, Harrison and Franklin Sobota.
