She is survived by: her mother Elsie Hazard of Wakefield, RI; her children, Dennis Perry of Wakefield, RI and Tia Tribble (Bernard) of Middletown, RI; her brothers, James and Stanley; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Mark Gonsalves, Khayla Gonsalves, Jhamal Gonsalves, Marissa Lopes and Kiera Perry. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other extended family.
