With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diana W. Smith (Wakefield, Rhode Island), who passed away on November 22, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert O. Smith; her parent Fred Wakefield; her child Jill D. Ellsworth; and her sibling Robert. She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Wakefield (Brown); her sister Sally A. Kent of Exeter, RI; her daughter Judith H. Smith of Wakefield; her grandchildren, Robert J. Kisilywicz and Scott M. Kisilywicz; her great grandchildren, Jack, Thomas, Benjamin, Andrew, Ashley, Emily Kisilywicz, Nathan, Rylee and Rachel Morin; and her son-in-law Bruce Ellsworth (Mary Ellen) of Bradenton.
