He was predeceased by: his mother Rosemarie (Dee Dee). He is survived by: his father Jack Casey of Pt; his brother Michael (Laurie); his nieces and nephews, Evan, Christin, Johnathan, Maryann, Matthew and Kerin MacGuire (Casey); his granddaughter Juliet Rose of Jamestown; his brothers, Mark of San Francisco and Ocean Road; and also Colleen Champlin of Narragansett.
